Our client is seeking to engage a Project Coordinator to coordinate project activities by supporting Project Managers to manage and update Cost Plans, Schedules, Risks and Issues Registers within Portfolios.

The primary duties of the role include:

  • Project management, business and financial acumen
  • Experience in project management support role.
  • Project delivery methodologies experience (Waterfall, Agile etc)
  • Experience in maintaining project documentation and records.
  • Administering procurement and reporting functions within SAP
  • Supporting Project Managers with managing and updating Cost Plans, Schedules, Risks and Issues Registers.
  • Producing material to prepare for and to support Project Control Group meetings
  • Administration including setting up meetings, taking notes and distributing minutes, etc.
  • Supporting the PM to manage suppliers and vendors effectively
  • Playing an active role to ensure the successful delivery of the specified delivery program of work.
  • Co-ordination of induction activities for new project team members

Technical Skills

  • SAP - mid-level
  • Microsoft Project (Enterprise Project Management - EPM)
  • Microsoft Suite - advanced
  • Advanced email and schedule management skills
  • Developed written, presentation and document preparation skills
