Our client, one of the largest customer facing organisations in Australia, is embarking on a multi-year program to build and design a new command and operations centre which will incorporate state of the art AI and predictive analytics.
They are looking for a Program Manager to guide this program of work through the initiation phase to the completion. This is an exciting program to build and design a command centre from the ground up. Organisations only do this once every 15 years so here is a great chance to make your mark on the organisation.
Ideally, you will have previous experience in a service operations centre, Service centre or Command Centre as well as managing large customer facing programs of work. You will have a good understanding of technology such as Predictive Analytics, AI, Service Now, Bots etc and understand the role that proactive incident management can play within an organisation.
