Well established Strata Management Company who are focused on delivering exceptional and personalised customer service to their substantial client portfolio across Sydney and NSW. Part of this customer centric approach is founded around the development of their own bespoke business application.
Act as a key leader, leading a well-established Agile Software Development team in the re-design of their bespoke Strata software. Working closely with the business to define requirements and product strategy, supporting the Development team throughout the process to ensure the delivery of a user-centric web application.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and define a shared vision and product strategy
- End-to-end Agile product delivery, working with the Development team to define milestones and ensure an efficient delivery
- Analyse requirements and document user stories to ensure the alignment of product strategy
- Define the product roadmap, to accurately align to customer needs and business objectives
- Prioritise and manage product backlog and ensure the Development team are across it
- Lead the planning of product releases plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Track and report to management on the development and progress of the product
Skills and Experience:
- Experience as a Product Owner with a successful delivery track record
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Proven track record in Agile product delivery
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle with the ability to communicate effectively across Technical and Business teams
- Property domain knowledge would be viewed as highly desirable
