Our client is hiring a Power BI /SQL Developer that will develop reports as per the defined development methodologies.
Experience Required
- 2-5 years' experience in Information Technology, preferably in mining / manufacturing. ;
- Experience working with business and end-user teams to gather BI requirements and define BI technical specifications with 2+ years' experience as a lead analyst or developer is a strong plus;
- Experience and expertise with using complex SQL queries to analyse data within a relational database;
- Development experience with one of the following BI Reporting tools: Microsoft SSRS, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SpotFire, Business Objects, etc. ;
- Desirable Experience using mining operational reporting solutions such as: Trimble Connected Mine (MMRS), MinVu, Intov8, Corvus etc. or other similar DW's with a particular focus on mining and processing is essential;
Within the current pipeline of demand and projects SQL development will be required in:
- SSRS Reporting;
- Power BI Reporting; and
- Data Warehousing.
