About the role

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the test planning and execution phases of all assigned projects.
  • Responsible for leading multiple projects in parallel
  • Responsible for ensuring correct translation of functional, technical, infrastructure and data requirements into testing specifications / test cases.
  • Creation of Test Plans and Test Summary Report.
  • Progress tracking of all assigned projects on a daily basis , measuring planned versus actual
  • Responsible for ensuring quality deliverables from assigned test analysts, e.g test cases, defects raised
  • Identification of Test data requirements.
  • Supporting test analysts
  • Identification and logging of testing risks and issues
  • Defect management of all defects raised on each project

Skills and experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of test experience as a test lead
  • Experience working on multiple projects in parallel
  • Ability to communicate and drive improvement initiatives
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a variety of stakeholder
  • Proven experience in testing for critical systems
  • Proven experience in using HP QC
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a variety of stakeholder
  • Strong planning and communication skills necessary
  • Working in a fast-paced, task-switching environment
