The Role
An experienced Lead Business Analyst/Designer to Join an exciting project within a large environment
Key Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working on large scale, multi-year, complex programs/projects
- Exposure to projects such as business transformation, application development, process re-design, system replacements, regulatory changes
- 5+ years in a business environment establishing business value, undertaking root cause analysis, creating operating models, process and/or business architectures, data, customer, colleague and/or service designs
- General Insurance knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated stakeholder management across diverse business groups from C-Suite to subject matter experts and technology representatives
- Shaping and definition of complex solutions across products, channels, value chain, business, and technology
- Demonstrated experience of a Business Partnering mindset and a team player with good business relationship, influencing and collaboration skills
- HCD, CX, UX, Design Thinking
- Tertiary qualifications in design, business, management, IT or related fields
- Certified Agile/Scrum qualifications
