Our client, one of the leading Insurance Company is looking for Lead Business Analyst to join their team for an initial 12-month extensions
You are required to Lead a team of high performing business executives, operators and analysts
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience working on large scale, multiyear, complex programs/projects
- Exposure to a diverse range of projects e.g. business transformation, application development, process re-design, system replacements, regulatory changes
- 5+ years in a business environment establishing business value, undertaking root cause analysis, creating operating models, process and/or business architectures, data, customer, colleague and/or service designs
- Demonstrated stakeholder management across diverse business groups from C-Suite to subject matter experts and technology representatives
- Shaping and definition of complex solutions across products, channels, value chain, business and technology
- Demonstrated experience of a Business Partnering mindset and a team player with good business relationship, influencing and collaboration skills
- HCD, CX, UX, Design Thinking
- Certified Agile/Scrum qualifications
- General Insurance knowledge and experience highly desirable
