Our CBD Base client is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to assist them in the ICT project space. This is an initial contract until the end of the June, with a strong possibility of extension dependant on project demand.
Duties will include:
- Business Process Analysis and Modelling (BPMN 2.0) utilizing Visio and ServiceNow.
- Portfolio and pipeline management and analysis utilizing Oracle Primavera and SQL Server.
- Stakeholder engagement for business process and systems development and continuous portfolio management
- Requirement gathering and documentation from major stakeholders and SMEs
Skills and Experience required:
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Experience using MS Visio, MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Office, SQL Server and ServiceNow
