Peoplebank, Asia Pacific's leading IT & digital recruitment company, are partnering with a rapidly expanding company that to recruit a newly formed position of IT Applications Manager.
This brand new Permanent role will see you be responsible for a multiple site (on-shore and off-shore) IT Applications team, which is responsible for ensuring that the operational services and strategic roadmap aligns with and supports the operational performance and strategic direction of the business.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Lead and develop the Global IT Applications team of approx. 15 Resources, maximising the potential of your people
- Ensure all services, including ERP, CRM, digital and collaboration platforms, and integration platforms, are delivered to agreed KPI's and SLA's
- Ensure the structure, direction and performance of the Global Applications Operations team is aligned with the overall business requirements and strategic roadmap.
- Establish and manage 3rd party partner relationships strategically to delivery ongoing benefit
- Deliver year on year productivity improvements
- Meet all regulatory and audit compliance requirements
- Report and communicate all relevant information in accordance with the governance framework or stakeholder requirements as agreed
- Act as a point of escalation for all Global Application Operations issues, and initiate appropriate remediation steps
