Our Client is a rapidly growing, innovative ASX listed Tech Company with international presence. They are seeking a highly enthusiastic Digital Product Marketer who will bring product and lifecycle marketing expertise to drive tactical execution of marketing activities.
Responsibilities inclue:
- Define narratives & use cases for the client's solution based on understanding of the competitive landscape, the target audience & usage data;
- Use marketing automation to efficiently communicate with self-serve base of clients;
- Actively seeking insight & indicators of value, within the product leveraging your analytical skills;
- Build a strategy to encourage user engagement, product utilisation, account upgrades and client advocacy;
- Feeding insights to drive product improvement back to the Product Manager;
- Preparing for feature releases with Product, Customer Success & Sales teams.
Key experience:
- Proven experience in a product or lifecycle marketing role;
- Must ideally have B2B SaaS experience;
- Excellent communications experience, which includes establishing product positioning and messaging;
- The ability to interpret usage data or market research;
- Excellent communication and client engagement ability;
- The ability to translate technical information to non- technical audiences.
