The Role:
As a Digital Content Writer, you will be embedded in the Agile arm of the business, having responsibility for writing and editing long and short form, UX and UI copy in a B2B technology environment across web and digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Produce new and optimise existing forms of communications to improve CX
- Drive performance optimisation and contribute to experimentation roadmap
- Create SEO and SEM comms with a focus on customer loyalty and adoption
Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in a business journalism/ business marketing/ communications environment
- Experience with mobile-first digital content creation
- SEO/SEM experience
- Content marketing experience
- Ability to communicate complexity, clearly and simply through effective accessible copy
- Google Analytics, AdWords and A/B testing would be considered as highly desirable
