As one of Australia's leading FMCG organisation, our client is looking out for multiple digital Senior BAs, ideally experienced in retail/eCommerce/ order management/ ERP, to join their team for an initial 12 months + extensions.

- Order Management Systems BA: The role involves being the business analyst for a squad that will develop new components for order management systems, in areas such as faster delivery, stock on hand availability, and order tracking on the Google Kubernetes Engine.
- Commerce Server Replatform BA: The role involves being the business analyst for a squad that will embark on a new project to replace the existing commerce server with a new third party product. For this role, candidates with experience with website shopping cart functionality would be highly regarded.
- Fulfilment BA: The role involves being the business analyst for a squad that will take the current order picking software used in their existing retail shops, and develop the system for use across their wide range of liquor brands.
- Commerce (Customer Profile & Age Verification) BA: The role involves being the business analyst for a squad that will represent the Liquor business as part of a organisation-wide project to consolidate customer profiles across all brands. For this role:
- Experience working in online/eCommerce systems or retail system, specifically federated identity, authentication and SSO would be preferred
- Experience working in ERP projects or customer data management
- Experience with UI/UX and user journeys, and interpreting legislative requirements are preferred
Skills and Experience for all 4 roles:
- 5+ years' experience as a BA/Senior BA
- Experience working in retail/ ecommerce/ order management/ ERP systems preferred
- Experience working in Agile squads, following the 5 Agile ceremonies
- Tertiary degree in IT field
