Our client is looking for someone who can directly manage the SOW bidding process and ensure that the bidding process complies with internal requirement. They are also looking for someone who can generate timely, accurate and insightful reporting

Duties:

  • Manage the Service Desk and colleague satisfaction
  • Proactively manage risk; meet all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to Process and Procedures pertinent to role; and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified (risk accountability forms part of all roles, as everyone is responsible for managing risk and compliance).
  • Resolve and manage all escalation from business stakeholders
  • Implement process change across the organisation
  • Relationship development with key stakeholders within Strategic Sourcing and across the organisation

A successful applicant will have:

  • A Degree in supply chain and logistics, legal or business-based degree (e.g. engineering, IT, accounting, finance or commerce)
  • Experience in the services industry and in reviewing contractual documents
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint experience are high desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
