You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, positions and organisation structures.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong alignment with the HCM project to implement SAP SuccessFactors.
- Pragmatic, ability to work in an unstructured environment
- Structured in the understanding of key deliverables for change
- Demonstrated ability to work to tight timelines
