Change Manager
We are looking to hire a Change Manager for our premier client. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and implementation of change for an organisation that are within a transformations phase.
Requirements / Skills
- 5 years' experience in the role of Change Manager, with a focus on process/technology-driven people change
- Experience in delivering change analyses and change management strategies, plans and actions within a business technology implementation project
- Experience in conducting and facilitating change impact and stakeholder impact assessment sessions with business representatives
- Experience with co-led enterprise change delivery
- Experience in the full lifecycle of change management and training for large-scale SaaS (software-as-a-service) implementations
- Experience in large and complex corporate environments running technology and process change efforts
- Experience and capacity to plan for change using methodologies and templates
- Experience working with operational teams and filed staff will be highly regarded
- Capability to develop training content and delivery skills
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills with a high degree of initiative and flexibility
