Our client a leader in its field is looking for a Communication Lead. Working closely with business stakeholders you will be responsible a diverse and complex communications portfolio designed to execute and deliver the Communications and Engagement Strategy for the program. The Lead will develop strong internal relationships with their portfolio groups, build and embed highly collaborative communications and stakeholder engagement plans and deliver high quality communications deliverables.
This key role will be the primary point of contact for the Program and Internal Business Units for communications advice and support. This is a fast paced environment and requires an innovative, dynamic, strategic, and deadline oriented candidate ready to present ideas that can be turned into realities.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Digital Media / Comms / PR
- 5-7 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in designing, developing and rolling out communication strategies for large transformational programs, projects and business areas
- Experience in digital media communication rollouts
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and confidence quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional time management and proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to build leadership and communication capability across an organization
- Experience writing and issuing communications to a wide range of audiences
- Designing and implementing Program stakeholder engagement and communication plans
