Our client is a Cloud Based Recruitment CRM system based out of the US. They are currently expanding their APAC footprint and are looking for Trainer to join their Sydney team.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering best in class training to create an incredible customer experience that turns clients into raving fans. You will deliver both internal and external training and build an internal knowledge base. You will mentor and develop new hires in their product knowledge, customer service and problem solving skills whilst working with clients during the implementation phase to drive adoption and best practice use.
There will be some travel required for this role, however much of the training will be delivered via webinar and video conference.
We are looking for someone who is energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for training and mentoring others. You should be able to multi-task and highly organised. You will have a Bachelor's degree and some experience in Training. You will work well in a team and happy to work within a start up environment, getting your hands dirty when necessary but knowing that you're backed by a global company.
Experience in the recruitment industry, software, SaaS or CRM would be highly beneficial.
