As an CRM Administrator you will work as part of the IT team and help support and maintain the CRM globally. You will be supporting end users, so great communication is critical. Configuration, data, forms & views design, templates, marketing campaigns, dashboards etc.
To be the successful, you should possess the following skills:
- Proven experience of administrating Dynamics 365 CRM
- Experience of supporting users within Dynamics.
- Ability to do configuration, manage data, design forms & views, manage marketing campaigns and dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills will be required.
