business analyst is required to do the following:

1. Document current end to end processes for the opportunity test placement and selective high school test placement processes.
2. Identify existing procedures, guidelines and policies used to support the end to end processes for opportunity and selective high school test and placement.
3. Working with the relevant stakeholders, identify artefacts that need to be updated/ created as a result of the implementation of the Review of Selective Education Access.
4. In consultation with key stakeholders, create the new end to end processes for opportunity and selective high school placement tests, that takes in the implementation of the Review.
5. Update prioritised procedures, guidelines and policies.

Deliverables are:

1. Current and to be end to end process maps

Inventory of all procedures, guidelines and policies needed to fully support the end to end processes for selective education placement tests

2. Update key artefacts, as agreed with the Director, Online Implementation Support.
