Our client a leader in its field, is currently looking for a Business Analyst with SAP C4C or other equivalent CRM's
Responsibilities will include:
- Act as a liaison between business team members & the project team to ensure business requirements are clearly communicated and satisfied; Ensure users are well trained once the system is developed.
- Assess and document the business process scenarios of the organisation in relation to C4C Sales and Service
- Assist the project team in testing the system to ensure a high level of build quality
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the overall efficiency, functionality, and user friendliness of system enhancement/development
- Work with the project team and business team to collate data and content in the system that services business process, reporting and customer engagement needs
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2-5 years working with SAP C4C, CRM or similar system in either business or analyst role
- 2-5 years experience working in Property related industry
- Experience working in a team environment and dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Exposure to Agile methodologies such as SCRUM
