Due to an increase in internal IT projects and CRM initiatives we seek a Business Analysts/Change Analyst to join the team.
The responsibilities of the role involve:
- Process mapping
- Change and impact assessments
- Working with technical stakeholders
- Business Communications
The project is in around the design and implementation Microsoft Dynamics CRM - undertaking analysis and also looking at business change - really just supporting the PM and business in scoping the project.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience within projects of this nature. You will have good knowledge in business analysis and also be able to undertake change and communication activities.
Successful candidates will have MS dynamic experience.
