Our client is an experienced Business Analyst to join IT team. The team is responsible for facilitating the gathering and documenting of underlying future business requirements for an integrated Work Health Safety and Environment (WHSE) Reporting Platform across the organisation. The new system will automate safety information and improve transparency, governance and operational performance.
The role:
- Ensuring the IT WHSE Reporting Platform as part of the transition towards an integrated WHSE Reporting Platform commitment meets underlying future business requirements and future business process workflows such as Post Injury Management, Occupational Health and Occupational Hygiene across the business
- Gathering and documenting underlying future business requirements and associated supporting information in the IT WHSE Reporting Platform within the group
- Gathering and documenting the WHSE Reporting Requirements
- Gathering data object modelling requirements on proposed solutions
- Ensuring the transition towards an integrated IT WHSE Reporting Platform is done through better practice with non-functional requirements in mind such as integration, security and privacy requirements
The candidate:
- Business Analyst experience
- Strong documentation of business systems / data requirements
- Government ideal but not essential
- System integration or implementation knowledge
- Delivered a similar systems in the past
