Desciption:
- Perform analysis of systems and business processes as a key input to the development and enhancement of ICT-enabled solutions
- Liaise and facilitate workshops with client executive and non-executive staff to develop requirements
- Develop various requirements specifications, including business requirements; functional requirements and technical requirements
- Develop 'as-is' and 'to-be' business processes, models and requirements, and undertake gap analyses
- Develop data models and provide input into options analyses and business cases for Projects and Programs
- Assist with the development of training materials associated with the deployment of new systems and capabilities
Skills:
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement and communications skills.
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Application of theoretical and practical experience in analysing and solving complex problems
- A minimum of five years' experience in strategy and business improvement activities.
- Demonstrated understanding and track record of consulting in the Federal Government or Defence environment
- Hold a current ASGVA Baseline clearance.
