Our client is a leader within the financial services sector undertaking a digital customer transformation. They seek a Senior Business Analyst with digital experience (mobile, Android, iOS apps) to join their team immediately for a 6-month contract. Reporting into the project manager, the business analyst will be responsible for the following:
- Analysis of existing end-to-end customer journeys and provide input into new solutions and services uplifting the customer experience
- Define and articulate business and customer needs and drivers to inform decision making
- Define requirements in complex and challenging environments
- Solve complex problems using a range of techniques
- Assess and design solution outcomes
- Identify capability gaps (people, process, and technological)
- Understand the tools and frameworks that can enhance efficacy
The ideal candidate will have:
- Digital Channel experience (mobility, Android, iOS apps)
- 5 + years experience as a business analyst
- End-to-end customer journey experience
