Our client is based in the CBD, looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work within their IT Services division.
The Role:
You will provide technical business analysis support to key IT initiatives within the IT Service and Operational Management areas.
Duties will include
- Liaise with stakeholders and deliver product analysis to gather requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, storyboards, scenarios and other methods
* Create process models, specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction to the business and technical stakeholders
* Manage and track the status of requirements through each iteration; enforce and redefine as necessary to ensure that the solution meets the stakeholders' needs
* Participate in or assist users in UAT when needed
Skills and Experience:
Experience with business process review and modelling
* Understanding of business process management
* Experience in analysing business requirements and translating into specifications for design
* Experience in iterative design and development methodologies for information systems (i.e. agile, Scrum)
* Experience in writing and executing high level test cases
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* High degree of analytical and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
* ITILv3 or later Foundation Certificate
* Experience in implementation or enhancement of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM
