Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their IT Team. The team is responsible for leading a large-scale strategic transformation of the company's flagship website and CMS, adobe AEM.
The duties of the role include:
- Play a key role in a business transformation, be it database, CRM, CMS and front-end digital applications and websites
- Gather requirements for a CMS and CRM integration, upgrade or hosting project
- Create unambiguous requirements in form of stories and features for developer and testers ensuring business value is delivered
- Work with key stakeholders to identify and define achievable objectives for business needs
- Analysis of existing business environment to identify opportunities
- Compile and present relevant material for project
- Liaising with stakeholders throughout different business units, and managing expectations
- Working with other Business Architects, Project Managers, Developers, Testers and the Business to name a few
The successful candidate will have:
- 5 years Business Analyst experience
- Digital project experience
- Worked in a large-scale Agile environment
- Can run epics and showcases
- It would be highly desirable to have worked on a CRM or CMS experience. Eg, Salesforce / AEM
