An excellent opportunity now exists for an experienced Account Management professional to join their dedicated and high performing team.

As an Account Manager, you will be required to:

  • Perform Customer Business Interface for an account on a daily basis
  • Invoice review and management of any invoice exceptions/issues
  • Assess Contract scope change requests
  • Manage Escalated contract issues
  • Assess onew service requests and recommendations
  • Manage Contract deliverables/Business commitment management
  • Be responsible for scheduling and driving the monthly Account Business Reviews

The successful candidate must have:

  • Understanding and interpreting IT contract language
  • Commercial management
  • Project Management
  • 3rd party contract management and procurement
  • Financial acumen (incl. billing & invoicing)
  • Business acumen
  • Leading teams
  • Negotiation skills
  • Communication skills
  • Managing across different levels of the organisation, up, lateral and down
  • Risk Management
  • Executive presentation skills
  • Sales & deal pursuit
