Our client. One of Big 4 banks in Australia is looking for Instructional Designer to join their team to work across a large transformational program.
This role will be required to be strategic in it's delivery of a coordinated, well considered learning program across the Program of Change and the Business.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous and proven experience as a Instructional Designer
- Articulate Rise Align Licence & experience creating e-learning (essential)
- Experience in designing and developing learning solution for Financial Institutions.
- In-depth understanding of Financial products, processes and systems
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnership
- Experience with Banking &/Or financial sectors highly desirable
