About the role
Exciting opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst to join a customer and market experience program at a leading utility company based in Brisbane.
Skills and experience
- Proven experience defining business process models and information/data models ('as is' and 'to be' )
- Strong expertise converting business requirements into functional specifications
- Experience in a Business Analysis role in large, complex environments
- Ability to engage with technical SMEs, business stakeholders and vendors
- Experience in gathering business and technical data migration requirements
- Expertice in enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS), Testing , Defect and Triage, Change management
- Utility sector experience required
- Excellent communication, negotiation and vendor management skills required
