Our Consumer services client is currently looking for solution architect will be responsible for designing and integrating applications across multiple platforms with a focus on automation solutions using chatbots, voice-bots, and the application of Generative AI. This role requires a deep understanding of contact center technologies, enterprise architecture, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record of designing and implementing automation solutions in large-scale environment
  • Experience in technical architecture, design, infrastructures.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, cloud computing, and process optimization, with experience in Google Cloud Platform, Conversational AI, Genesys Cloud, and Salesforce Service Cloud being highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the contact center problem space, including core business capabilities, processes, and self-service.
  • Demonstrate a detailed understanding of digital, mobile, and web architectures and how they apply to core systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across various platforms.
  • Design, specification, problem solving and analytical skills.
