Peoplebank are currently recruiting for a Senior ICT Infrastructure Engineer (a de facto Team Leader role) to work for their client in the Adelaide CBD (an onsite role).
This is a 6 month initial contract, starting ASAP (negotiable for the right candidate).
As the most senior IT person within the small, but skilled, internal ICT team, the role will involve both direct technical work (and Level 3 escalation), as well as engagement with external ICT service providers.
Hands-on skills required (the more, the better!):
- Microsoft Windows including DNS, certificate management, AD
- Microsoft Azure, M365
- VMware
- Networking
- Veeam
- Server, Storage, network hardware support
You will also be heavily involved in the evaluation and planning for infrastructure upgrades and potential move to cloud hosting so experience in this space will be an advantage.
