About the role:
Provide technical expertise to support the development of Identity and Access Management capabilities for the IAM Practice. The client is migrating application from Okta - Sailpoint (cloud)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance capabilities within the Identity and Access Management platform.
Support the execution of schedule User Access Reviews and Privilege Access reviews. - Implementation of automation strategies where appropriate.
Deliver continuous improvement to the day-to-day operations and champion new initiatives. - Identify stakeholders and collect business, functional, non-functional, and security requirements.
- Define and document processes, application features/integrations, build guides and data constructs - enable baselines of current application and technology build guides.
- Create access requests, approval, and fulfilment workflows.
- Coordinate & collaborate with teams to ensure solutions are delivered to standard and compliant with product and architectural designs.
- Ensure applications deployed into production as designed and participate in go-live activity to ensure a successful production environment.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in reviewing deployment approaches and automation.
- Experience in software development such as: Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, Perl, and/or PHP.
- Experience with relevant certifications in development/administration of IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Thycotic
- Experience with Role Based Access Controls, Identity Lifecycle Management, Privilege Access Management.
- Knowledge in infrastructure technologies AWS, UNIX, Windows, AD, Firewalls, and Load Balancers.
- Minimum of 10+ years' experience in the field of Information Technology is required. 8+ years of direct Information Security experience and 4+ years of direct security architecture and design experience.
