Our Retail client is currently looking for Senior Data Scientist to manage end-to-end execution of data science projects, including scoping, building, testing, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of predictive models.
Required experience for the role:
- Extensive commercial experience and a deep understanding of scoping, designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning and statistical models. Possess expert-level skills in propensity modelling, time series classification, regression analysis, and the development of recommendation systems.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in data preparation, data manipulation, exploratory data analysis, and feature engineering using Python, R and SQL.
- Good knowledge and practical experience with cloud ecosystems such as Azure, AWS or GCP
- Familiarity with using git for version control and proficiency in CI/CD practices for model pipeline development and deployment.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges and opportunities using data science and deploy machine learning models in cloud environments like Databricks and GCP.
