About the role

The Senior Business Analyst will support the Digital Copperleaf Project and improvements to our client's PMO processes. This project aims to implement the Copperleaf product to enhance the portfolio's investments, improving analysis, monitoring, and management, and leading to changes in business processes and team capabilities.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with employees and management to convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications, ensuring alignment between business processes and system requirements.
  • Create and maintain process documentation to support digital implementation. This includes developing and updating process maps, design documentation, and related workflows.
  • Reverse engineer report specifications to develop and document reporting requirements, including information sets, source data, and business logic.
  • Develop report mock-up specifications for stakeholders.


Skills and experience

  • Proven expertise in Business Analysis techniques for gathering and converting business requirements into functional specifications for large or complex environments.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively engage technical resources, senior executives, and external vendors/partners.
  • Demonstrated robust experience in creating accurate and impactful business process models and information/data models, including 'as is' and 'to be', using suitable notations.
  • Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with business and technical stakeholders, senior management, and project team members.
