Role Description:
Work with a large, high profile enterprise, providing technical advice, expertise, and support for IT Security specific technology systems and services. The client is looking for an estimated start date of the 1st June
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform "business-as-usual" technology management and support functions for Security Technologies within the Cyber Protection Portfolio
- Perform problem diagnosis and use technical expertise to develop options and solutions to specific problems that are often technical in nature and contribute to remediation, repair, and recovery activity.
- Contribute to support documentation and provide advice regarding applications to enable the support function to work proactively.
- Participate in the rotating team on-call after-hours support rosters.
Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate will have proven experience scoping, shaping, and delivering effective IT security solutions. They must possess extensive knowledge of IT security infrastructure and be skilled in implementing, managing, and delivering technical solutions.
- Experience in a Large Enterprise Environment (more than 10,000 users) across different geographies
- Minimum of 5+ years IT Security related experience
Required: Experience with the following product sets;
- Internet Proxy Access Services (zScaler/McAfee)
- End User Security products. (zScaler ZPA, ZIA)
- Networks (comms concepts and Load Balancers) and Firewalls (Checkpoint and FS)
- Anti Virus and Threat Protection products (McAfee, Defender, Crowdstrike, Fire Eye)
- Cloud Based technologies (AWS/Azure, Google Cloud)
