About the role
Are you passionate about agile methodologies and facilitating software development teams? We're seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a government agency in Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Work closely with product owners to prioritize backlog items and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Coach and mentor team members on agile best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects.
- Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies.
- CSM/ Similar certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Previous experience within government sector will be highly regarded
