About the Role:

As a Scrum Master, you'll play a crucial role in a significant transformation initiative centred around Salesforce as the primary solution platform. Collaborating closely with the Delivery Director, you'll leverage your hands-on experience and proven success in delivering substantial Salesforce-driven solutions to refine and implement practical strategies for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, progress updates, and retrospectives.
  • Develop and manage a release calendar specifically for Business as Usual (BAU) releases.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to release processes and schedules.
  • Active participation in regular BAU Support release activities as directed by the Director.
  • Create and manage backlog, sprints, blockers, and releases for optimal project efficiency.
  • Strong working relationships with business and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with technical teams to achieve focused technical outcomes.
  • Initiation of change records and representation at the Change Advisory Board (CAB).

Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years ICT industry experience in a technical team leadership role with demonstrated understanding of Agile SAFe SDLC and end to end software delivery
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Scrum Master
  • Experience with the Salesforce Ecosystem.
  • Certification in Scum Master, ITIL or Agile SAFe.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen and either hold or be willing to obtain a Baseline security clearance.
