Role Description:

As the Salesforce Technical Architect, you will lead the design of technical architecture solutions across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless integration and authentication. You'll oversee the development lifecycle, delivering secure and scalable solutions while providing guidance on design considerations and trade-offs. Supported by a team including solution architects, functional consultants, developers, and testers, you'll act as a trusted advisor to the scrum team and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate workshops to explore ideas and guide post-implementation phases.
  • Provide platform governance oversight and mentorship to the development team.
  • Mentor team members, offering constructive feedback to encourage best practices.
  • Develop business requirements, specifications, and application designs.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
  • Coordinate timelines and negotiate priorities with key stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively within the team to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Develop complex custom solutions and integrations hands-on.
  • Coach and mentor junior technical team members.
  • Manage packaging approval and deployment between environments.



Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce clouds: Sales, Service, and Community.
  • Proficient in Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce.
  • Deep knowledge of platform best practices for security and performance.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce implementations and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration options.
  • Expertise in enterprise design patterns and Salesforce tech stack.
  • Experience with GIT, continuous integration, and delivery.
  • Proficiency in Metadata API, ANT, SFDX, and CLI.
  • Strong knowledge of test-driven development and deployment processes.
  • Previous off-platform development experience and script automation.
  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Salesforce certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
