Performance Test Analyst

  • An initial 6 months contract with possibility of extension
  • East Perth office, 10-minute drive from Perth CBD
  • Performance testing, JMeter, LoadRunner, HTTP/HTML, SoapUI, SAP, Siebel, .Net.

The role:

This position involves designing, developing, and executing performance tests to ensure the system meets performance requirements and is fit for purpose.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop performance test scenarios based on project requirements.
  • Design, develop, and execute performance tests using JMeter.
  • Analyze performance test results and identify issues.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve performance-related issues.
  • Document test findings and create detailed performance reports.
  • Present insights and findings to stakeholders.

Key experience:

  • Experience in performance and non-functional requirements testing.
  • Script development experience in Web (HTTP/HTML), Web Services (SoapUI), SAP, Siebel, and .Net.
  • Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like New Relic and AppDynamics.

Desirable experience:

  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
