The role:
We are in search of an experienced Operations Manager for an initial 12-month project. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting abilities, a solid technical background, and outstanding customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of Expert Care services to our client's Customers, prioritizing customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Build strong relationships with customer operational teams, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact for all support-related matters.
- Coordinate with internal teams to expedite incident resolution, maximising system availability and minimising downtime.
- Act as a point of escalation for customers, providing regular updates and post-incident analysis to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage and coordinate Expert Care resources, including Asset Manager, Learning Advisor, and High Touch Engineers, to deliver comprehensive support services.
- Lead the operational section of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), demonstrating value, fostering trust, and providing strategic insights.
- Drive adoption of Expert Care services and align customer business requirements with Cisco services.
Key Experience:
- Excellent presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating with senior management.
- General understanding of technology and networking technologies; prior experience with Cisco products is highly regarded.
- Strong account and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Demonstrated expertise in incident and problem management, ensuring timely and efficient issue resolution.
- Experience in a support environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering results under pressure.
- ITIL or project management certifications are a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience of 5+ years.
