One of our clients within the retail and supermarket sector is seeking an experienced NOC Network Engineer to join their team for an initial 6 Month contract.
The NOC Network Engineer will be a key team member in the transformation of the organisations WAN network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing the evolution of organisations WAN network and perform upgrades and resilience improvements
- Support a wide variety of network technologies such as Wi-Fi, SDA, SDWAN, ACI & telephony
- Provide Level 2 operational support for organisations entire fleet
- Perform network monitoring, Incident, Problem and Change Management
- Provide technical Incident Management and ongoing operational support
Key Skills and Experience:
- Experience working in Network or Support role focusing on customers
- Demonstrated experience with Cisco technologies; SDWAN, SD-Access, Data Centre Switching, ACI, WAN, LAN, WIFI or Voice
- In depth understanding of network concepts (LAN/WAN/routing/switching)
- Experience delivering data telco/ NBN Services
- Strong experience in CCNP or Equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
