LTE/Wireless Specialist:

  • 12 months initial contract with possible extension
  • Based in Perth CBD
  • Mining experience preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Service Management Specialist to support our Central Team in managing LTE and wireless networks. This role is based in our Perth office with minimal site travel, offering a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Team to manage LTE and wireless networks, focusing on Incident & Problem Management, Minor Works, Logical maintenance, etc.
  • Support the team in maintaining high performance and reliability of wireless networks crucial to mining operations.
  • Opportunity to mentor and support junior team members in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in LTE and wireless network management, preferably within the mining sector.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, specifically Incident & Problem Management processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance team environment, contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
