We are closely working with a corporate client seeking an experienced Lead Solution Architect Automation to join on a long-term contract.
About the role:
This position is responsible for leading the definition of the Automation IT blueprint and roadmap that provides the enterprise with a common vision of future state architecture. This role requires a strong technology strategy and architecture background, knowledge of emerging automation technologies (RPA, RDA, Conversational AI, Low Code etc.), project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with business and technology teams.
For this role, you will need strong experience in the following
- Experience as domain or principal architect of a large domain in an ASX200 listed or equivalent global organization, or;
- Proven experience (5+ years) in leading architecture teams, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
- Experience with leading Automation Technology providers for automation technologies such as RPA, RDA, Process Mining, Conversational AI etc.
- Experience within an Automation Project or IT transformation project or large IT modernisation programme.
- Confident to lead work within a technology strategy definition programme, understanding and balancing business and technology requirements.
- Exceptional written and oral presentation skills in front of executive audiences, preparing and presenting technical subject matter.
- Experience working with extended teams including those outside of direct reporting structures.
- Ability to define value clearly and show how business outcomes will be achieved.
- Professional certifications in Automation tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere or others are highly desirable.
