Key Responsibilities/Expectations

  • You will be part of a top-notch extreme automation team whose vision is to building/enhancing automation product(s) and delivering automation solutions that would allow customer network operations teams to optimize and improve costs across multiple telecommunication/networking domains.
  • Work with senior developers to gain more understanding of network alarm management and automation of faults/incidents and inventory automation
  • Develop custom software solution or/and additional translation layers (interfaces) aimed to automate customer networks as defined in detailed design
  • Work with customer during the acceptance tests, integration and implementation phases of the solution.
  • Gain understanding of use cases by studying design and high-level specifications
  • Collaborate with product manager/owner, scrum masters, architects and designers

Key Requirements and Competencies

  • Junior-Mid Developer with 1-3 years Java/J2EE experience
  • Has Python (Preferred), Perl/Shell (Linux/Unix) Experience
  • Experience working for Telecom Companies and Operators
  • Has Network Automation experience preferably Ansible, or NAC, UIV or similar technology
  • Working Knowledge of SW Platform Experience including Virtualization (VMware, dockers, etc.) and Operating Systems (Linux, Unix, and Windows)
  • Working experience with REST/RESTCONF APIs, SOAP and SSH protocols
  • Working within Agile Methodology
