Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Senior IDM Engineer.
This is a 12-month contract role with possible extensions, located in Canberra (Deakin), Richmond, Perth, Brisbane CBD, or Geelong (hybrid working arrangements available).
As the Senior IDM Engineer, you will:
- Maintain and onboard new services in the National Disability Insurance Agency's (NDIA) multi-cloud IDAM environment.
- Provide input and adhere to policies and procedures for access provisioning, removal, auditing, and privileged access.
- Drive automation to reduce manual effort.
- Integrate the IDAM solution across applications and environments in collaboration with development and engineering teams.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prioritize and respond to competing requests calmly and efficiently while maintaining high work standards.
- Manage confidential information and foster a positive team culture aligned with Agency values.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Essential:
- 3+ years' experience designing, implementing, and supporting an IDAM solution in a multi-cloud environment.
- Experience working with IDAM across cloud environments.
- Experience administering Sailpoint, Azure Active Directory, or Cyberark (one or more).
- Ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 security clearance.
- Experience working in government or providing services to government agencies.
- Positive contemporary attitude towards people with disability.
- Desirable:
- Experience with DevOps and automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Due to security clearance requirements, you must be an Australian citizen with the ability to obtain an NV1 clearance.
