Our Federal Government Client is seeking an EL1 Scrum Master.

This is a long-term contract role with an initial duration of 12 months, located at our client's offices in ACT, NSW, and VIC. The working arrangements are subject to negotiations with the line manager, with hybrid working arrangements in line with current NDIA policy available.

As the selected candidate, you will:

  • Lead a major transformational program with Salesforce as the core solution platform.
  • Embed agile practices, principles, and cultures into the program's way of working.
  • Uplift the capability and performance of the delivery squad.
  • Assist the team with best practices and contribute to the delivery of substantial ICT solutions.
  • Work in a hybrid role, spending 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely.

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • 3-5 years of ICT industry experience in a technical team leadership role with an understanding of Agile SAFe SDLC.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Experience coaching in agile methodologies, techniques, systems, and tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence team culture.
  • Proven experience in facilitation, conflict resolution, and driving continual improvement.

It is desirable if you have:

  • Experience with the Salesforce Ecosystem.
  • Certification in Scrum Master, ITIL, or Agile SAFe.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Comfort with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiasm about accessible design & development.

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with a Baseline security clearance or be willing to obtain one.
