About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digitalisation and Automation Engineer to join our clients' team.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in database management and SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint development. This role is pivotal in driving their digital transformation initiatives, streamlining processes, and enhancing productivity through innovative automation solutions.


Power Automate:

  • Design and develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Integrate Power Automate with various systems and applications, including but not limited to SharePoint, Power BI, and other third-party services.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot existing workflows to ensure seamless operations.

Power Apps Development:

  • Design, build, and maintain custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Create user-friendly interfaces and integrate Power Apps with other data sources and services.
  • Develop and deploy canvas apps and model-driven apps to solve business problems.

SharePoint Development:

  • Develop and customize SharePoint sites and solutions to meet organizational needs.
  • Implement SharePoint-based workflows and collaboration tools.
  • Maintain and enhance SharePoint performance, security, and user experience.

Digitalisation Initiatives:

  • Participate in identifying and analyzing business processes that can be optimized through digitalisation and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design appropriate digital solutions.
  • Implement and manage digitalisation projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Technical Support and Training:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on database, automation, and SharePoint-related issues.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users leverage digital tools effectively.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digitalisation, automation, and database management.
  • Proactively recommend and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.

Skills and experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.


1-2 years experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, database management and SQL, and SharePoint.

  • Proven experience in database management and SQL development.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead digitalisation and automation projects successfully.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in SQL and database management (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint development.
  • Familiarity with other Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and programming languages (e.g., C#, Python) is advantageous.
