About the Role: As a DevOps Engineer within the Data Practice, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the data platform on GCP. You will work on various data transformation projects, ensuring the infrastructure is robust, scalable, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure with a focus on GCP.
  • Utilise Kubernetes (Google Kubernetes Engine) to manage containerised applications.
  • Collaborate with data teams to build a resilient data platform.
  • Drive automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Ensure high availability and performance of the data platform.

Requirements:

  • Expertise with Google Kubernetes Engine or Kubernetes on other cloud platforms.
  • Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Strong background in DevOps, data management, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining cloud-based data platforms.
