About the role
One of our largest clients is seeking to engage a Business Intelligence Analyst along with a Data Visualisation Specialist that will underpin the evolution of the agency to become a data-driven Intelligent Enterprise.
This government agency will uplift 80+ resources across high profile projects.
This is for an initial engagement of 2 years with potential extension options, and you can be based at a number of locations nationally (ACT, SA, VIC, NSW, QLD and WA).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and objectives.
- Design and develop static and interactive visualizations, including charts, graphs, dashboards, and infographics.
- Utilize industry-standard tools and techniques to create visually appealing and insightful representations of data.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Skills and experience
The ideal candidates will have a passion for storytelling through data and a keen eye for design, coupled with strong analytical skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, develop reports and visualisations that drive insights, and communicate findings effectively.
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Visualisation Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI
- Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and statistical principles.
- Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail.
Due to the security requirements, candidates must be Australian Citizens with an existing Baseline security clearance or higher in place.
