Job Title: D365 Developers
Location: Canberra/ Open for hybrid work
Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Working arrangements: 2 days attending the office and up to 3 WFH. Alternative arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Requirements
We are seeking up to 3 highly skilled Senior Developers with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and assimilating relevant data to develop and support solutions within our CRM processes. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM processes, software delivery and experience in Power Platform native components and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:
* Gather, assimilate, and analyse relevant data to develop and support solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Assume responsibility for assigned work, ensuring accuracy and quality in deliverables.
* Collaborate effectively across teams, supporting teammates and maintaining a positive
and proactive approach in challenging situations.
* Participate in technical analysis and create specification documents.
* Develop technical architecture, strategy, and guidelines documents.
* Track development progress and project deliverables.
* Perform coding, implementation, testing, debugging, modification, documentation, and
maintenance on applications.
* Create unit test automation scripts and conduct performance tuning.
* Respect product best practices in all development activities.

Requirements:
* University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field of
study.
* Good understanding of SQL and relational database management systems.
* Solid and in-depth knowledge of CRM processes gained through complex projects.
* Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform and the Data verse.
* Experience in software delivery, including Power Platform native components.
* Ability to work autonomously in application design and problem-solving.
* Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
* Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
* Ability to work closely with customers and within a team environment.

Essential criteria (please address these points in your response):
* Technical Expertise: Ability to gather, analyse, and interpret data to develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Strong understanding of SQL and relational database management systems.
* CRM Expertise: Demonstrated experience and deep understanding of CRM processes, especially within complex projects. Proficiency in utilising the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform and the Data verse. Experience with software delivery using Power Platform native components.
* Development Skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and develop structured solutions. Capability to assume responsibility for assigned work, ensuring accuracy and quality in deliverables. Experience in technical analysis, creating specification documents, and developing technical architecture and strategy documents.
* Software Development Practices: Proficiency in performing coding, implementation, testing, debugging, modification, documentation, and maintenance on applications.
